I get it. The EB1-A process seems like a maze, filled with jargon and uncertainty. I was there too.

In 2019, a friend suggested I could qualify for an EB1-A visa. I laughed. Me? No fancy PhD, no IIT pedigree.. But he saw potential I didn’t.

Fast forward to a layoff in 2022, which became my unexpected catalyst.

With time on my hands, I consulted for a top immigration attorney, gaining insider knowledge most people never see.

He was building an AI SAAS tool to help centralize RFE database and all attorneys would be his clients.

This short stint taught me so much unlike anyone else could have. Let’s just say I did a PhD in EB1-A. 

The result? I went from skeptical outsider to building a rock-solid application with evidence in 7 (yes, 7!) different categories. And received my GC from start to finish in a year!
